With over 15 years of assisting people with transformations in their day to day lives, she has supported and guided both youth and adults to change their lives through: one on one support, co-created action plans, and SMART goals, reconnecting them to themselves, facilitating and teaching coping skills and life skills, allowing them to feel safe being vulnerable, celebrating their wins, giving them the space to make mistakes and encouraging them to move forward with a new empowered growth mindset. Her sincere empathy and compassion for others is evident in the space she holds for their healing at the pace they've needed. She is a leader in her community and is always learning new and updated continuing education to best serve her clients.
