Hi friends!

My name is Crystal Dunbar, and I am very passionate about helping others.

I am an intuitive healer, and I am also certified in many healing modalities, such as, but not limited to, Sacred Soul Alignment, Integrated Energy Therapy®, Integrated Energy Therapy® for animals, Reiki, Reiki for animals, certified Angel Guide, personal trainer, group fitness instructor, learn to run coach, yoga teacher, kids yoga teacher, yoga for seniors teacher, yoga for trauma teacher and peer support coach.

For as long as I can remember, I have always loved to help others. Whether that be a person, animal, plant, or a bug, it didn’t matter what needed help, I was there to assist in whatever way I could.

Growing up, I experienced quite a bit of trauma, (physical, mental, emotional abuse) and I subconsciously used sports and fitness to help manage my mental health.

Fast forward through my long-time experiences with multiple concussions, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and scarred lungs, I continue to help heal myself with energy therapies/healings, yoga, meditation, and other forms of self-care.

I currently work with teens, adults, and even animals. I take all the tools I have learned (and I have been certified in) and create programs, routines, treatments, and more which are used to help others along their unique journeys in a supportive, safe, and non-judgmental way.
