Bio

I spent most of my life carrying a lot of lingering emotional pain which affected my decision-making and kept me in a space of feeling unhappy, unfulfilled, anxious, and depressed. I tried to disguise my pain with temporary fixes but no matter what I did I couldn’t find relief.

I finally decided enough was enough and started to put the focus on me. I have spent the last 8 years reading, attending workshops and seminars, pursuing an education, working on my own healing, and resolving trauma associated with adverse childhood experiences, failed relationships, and religious intolerance. With hypnotherapy and energy healing I found something that truly resonated with me. The inner transformation has been greater than I believed possible. My experience has been so profound and life-changing that I have been compelled to be of service and share it with others.
