Now that we have addressed anger, it may have uncovered some old grief and sorrow.
We might be holding onto these painful emotions for many reasons, and it’s time to release them now. Grief and sorrow can affect our lungs, our very breath. Carrying around these energies can prevent us from really enjoying or even fully participating in life.
